PrimeGPL Terms of Use
By accessing and using the website https://primegpl.com (hereinafter, “the Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
1. Purpose of the Site
PrimeGPL offers digital products related to WordPress and other platforms (e.g., themes, plugins, templates, scripts, or others), which are distributed under the GPL (GNU General Public License) or other free software licenses.
Unless otherwise stated, the products have been developed by third parties and are redistributed under their respective licenses. PrimeGPL is not the original developer and does not represent, sponsor, or have any official relationship with the brands or authors of these products, unless expressly stated.
2. Registration and user account
To purchase and access the content, you need to create an account:
- You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Any activity performed from your account will be considered to have been performed by you.
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring the account to third parties without express authorization from PrimeGPL is not permitted.
3. Products, licenses and permitted use
By purchasing a digital product, you obtain the right to use the files in accordance with the corresponding license (e.g., GPL) and these Terms.
Official developer licenses are not sold unless expressly stated; we provide access to the product files and, in some cases, to modified or pre-activated versions for operation.
You are responsible for reviewing the developer's original license terms to understand the permitted uses (number of sites, redistribution, modifications, etc.).
It is prohibited to use the Site for:
- Illegal activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
- Uploading or distributing malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' servers or accounts.
4. Payments, downloads and refunds
The prices and conditions for each product or membership are indicated on the Site and may be modified at any time.
Payments are handled through external gateways (such as PayPal, cards or others), so PrimeGPL does not store your card details.
After confirming the payment, access to the download or the corresponding members' area is enabled.
Refund policy:
We offer refunds when the file doesn't work and our support team can't resolve the issue within 48 hours, or when an incorrect amount has been charged in error.
No refunds will be issued if the product works correctly and it simply “wasn’t what you expected” or if you downloaded the file and then decided not to use it.
5. Memberships and upgrades
Memberships provide access to a product catalog during the contracted period (monthly, annual, lifetime, etc.).
During the membership period, updates to the included products can be downloaded as they are released.
Once the period has ended, you can continue using the files you have already downloaded, but you will not have access to new downloads or updates unless you renew your membership.
6. Technical support
Support is provided for purchased products through our ticketing system during business hours (UTC -4). Responses and/or resolutions will be delivered within 24-48 hours.
Support is limited to basic product use and the resolution of reasonable issues. It does not include custom development, personalized design, or direct support from the original plugin or theme developers.
7. Suspension and cancellation of accounts
PrimeGPL reserves the right to suspend or cancel user accounts, without refund, in cases such as:
- Abusive, fraudulent or contrary use of these Terms.
- Disrespectful, threatening, or defamatory behavior towards the team or other users.
- Attempts to attack, intrusion, misuse of server resources or activities that compromise the security of the Site.
- Sharing, reselling, or transferring your account without authorization.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks of third parties
Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The brands are used on the Site solely to identify products in a descriptive manner, without implying any official relationship or endorsement by said brands.
PrimeGPL's texts, design, logo, and proprietary content are protected by intellectual property law. Copying or reuse without authorization is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
PrimeGPL does not guarantee that products will be compatible with all possible server, theme, or plugin configurations.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of downloaded files (data loss, site crashes, security problems, etc.).
Your use of these products is at your own risk. It is recommended that you perform regular backups and test the products in a test environment before using them in production.
10. External links
The Site may include links to external third-party websites. PrimeGPL is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those websites.
11. Protection of personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and can be consulted at: Privacy Policy.
12. Modification of the Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time to adapt them to legal or operational changes on the Site.
The current version will always be the one published at https://primegpl.com. If there are significant changes, we may notify you by email, through our community, or via a prominent notice on the Site.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Viña del Mar.
